Site usage analytics (no cookie, no permission needed)
We use Lumara Analytics to see which pages are useful and how visitors move around the site. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device — each visit is identified by a daily-rotating, anonymised code, not by tracking you individually over time. Because it stores nothing on your device, this runs regardless of your cookie choice below.
Session recording and heatmaps (cookie, optional)
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, through anonymised heatmaps and session
recordings. This sets two cookies (_clck and _clsk) to recognise you across pages during a
visit. Clarity is configured to mask all text entered on this site, including anything typed into
the contact form, before it ever leaves your browser — Microsoft never receives what you actually
type. This is switched off by default and only runs if you choose to allow it below.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline the cookie above; declining is exactly as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time using the “Privacy choices” button that stays available in the corner of the screen. Turning something off takes effect from your next page view; anything already loaded on the current page cannot be recalled.
Strictly necessary
We store your cookie choice itself in your browser so we don’t ask again on every visit. This is required for the site to work as described above and does not need separate consent.
